Role Description The Client Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, responsible for providing exceptional service to clients throughout their hair restoration journey. This role includes greeting and checking in clients, managing appointment scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating communication between clients and medical or styling professionals. The Client Services Coordinator supports daily center operations by handling administrative tasks, responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment. The position also assists with client consultations and follow-up, including preparing materials, explaining services, and helping clients navigate treatment options. This role may collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and satisfaction by reinforcing service offerings and encouraging ongoing engagement with Bosley HairClub programs. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to support clients with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on satisfaction. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, data entry, and basic office software proficiency. Candidates should possess Sales skills or comfort supporting consultative sales conversations, upselling services, and reinforcing treatment plans. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a client-facing role in healthcare, beauty, or wellness; strong organizational and time-management abilities; and a detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; post-secondary education in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is an asset.
