Pharmacy Data Analyst

To support the pharmacy department's data needs, the full-time Pharmacy Data Analyst will design and implement reports and analyses, leveraging statistical techniques to provide actionable insights and meet regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Extract and compile data from various sources to generate recurring and ad hoc reports Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop and document new reporting processes Create and implement analytics tools and dashboards to monitor and improve business performance Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years of healthcare experience Proficiency in SQL with Azure Databricks Experience with Python and Excel for data summarization and reporting Knowledge of pharmacy data is preferred
