Position Benefits & Opportunities:

• Competitive Pay : Starting at $15.00-$17.00/hr, depending on shift, with available overtime.

• Shift Flexibility : Multiple shifts available to suit your lifestyle:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Saturday - $15/hr

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Saturday - $16/hr

• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Friday - $17/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks and remove damaged products from the conveyor.

• Transport and handle products throughout the facility, ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing products.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions such as heat, cold, and wet areas.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in task performance.

• Good hand-eye coordination; ability to discern color and depth perception.

• Comfort working with sanitation chemicals and wearing protective gear (frocks, hairnets, gloves, goggles, face shields, rain suits, rubber boots).

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Work Environment:

• Temperature ranges from 35°F to 100°F across different areas.

• Wet, slippery floors are common.

• The noise level is typically loud.

• Safety gear is required at various times to ensure protection.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
