Member Services Representative

Providing exceptional service to members, the full-time Member Services Representative will assist with financial transactions, educate members on products, and build professional relationships, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Assist members with various financial transactions and provide informed recommendations to help achieve their financial goals Educate members about Connexus products and services while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to guidelines Achieve individual performance goals and contribute positively to branch goal attainment Required qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of basic math skills and cash handling experience 1+ years of work experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment Prior experience in a credit union or bank as a member service representative or teller is preferred but not required Ability to handle confidential matters and remain calm under pressure Outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication skills
