Description Of Duties Title: Recruiter Classification: Exempt Salary: $75,000 -$95,000 Schedule*: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 work from home) Reports to: VP, Human Resources Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment process - intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates Deliver responsive and high quality candidate experience Maintain up-to-date records in Rippling ATS Ensuring hiring practices comply with employment law and company policy Qualifications And Skills 3+ years of recruiting experience Track record recruiting across multiple functions, not just hourly/retail roles Strong sourcing skills and comfort building pipelines from scratch Experience work with an ATS (Rippling, Greenhouse or similar) Sharp communication skills and ability to act as trusted advisor to hiring managers Leadership Expectations Communication Effectively and consistently communicates contract and compliance directives to staff. Encourages interactive discussions and maintains an open-door policy. Ensures that staff are properly informed about matters relating to the company. Relationships and Attitude Models professionalism by maintaining effective working relationships, following all policies and procedures, and approaching challenges with a proactive and positive attitude. Also develops strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and partners. Models good attendance by adhering to the regular work schedule, and at times works additional or varied hours to accommodate workflow. Problem Solving Has the ability to analyze problems and implement acceptable solutions. Confidentiality Maintains the confidentiality of all business documents and correspondence. Physical Requirements Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25lbs Able to walk, sit and stand for extended periods of timeAble to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones Must be able to access various areas of a given location Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
