Dialysis Social Worker (MSW): Patient Advocate & Care Coach
TRC Total Renal Care Inc
DaVita is seeking a Social Worker to join their team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will provide essential support to dialysis patients and help them understand their rights and responsibilities. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. As part of a supportive team, you'll advocate for patients and guide them through the challenges associated with End Stage Renal Disease.
