Community Phone Company is seeking a founding-level Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering/product, and operations. You’ll build the operating system for hiring—ATS, interview loops, scorecards—and partner with the CEO/COO on role scoping and hiring bar. This is a foundational role with potential to scale as the company grows and you’ll report to the COO. You’ll start as an IC, closing gaps yourself, with the opportunity to build and lead a recruiting team as the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Phone Company
