Security Cooperation Training Analyst (Secret Clearance)

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess anactive Secret clearance When is this position expected to begin? This position is contingent upon award. What will I be doing? Using your expertise in program/project analysis, you will be providing subject matter expertise for AF-wide Security Cooperation (SC) programs for courseware development, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will: Evaluate and make recommendations on how to improve SC education and training curriculum based on changing and/or emerging strategies and strategic-level guidance Provide matter expertise for courseware development for Foreign Area Officer (FAO) education and training updates to include analyzing, developing, and tracking programming plans and milestones Serve as a Technical Task Lead or Manager in multiple project tasks, applying a wide spectrum of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned tasks Develop analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions Perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning, business information planning, business, and analysis Perform process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools As applicable, apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents May perform a quality assurance role Identify all task responsibilities and reports any changes or suggestions accordingly to Project/Program Manager Other duties as assigned What experience, training, and education do I need? You must meet theminimumrequirements: Active Secret clearance 3 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience 3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming Knowledge of USAF Readiness Training and/or USAF Security Cooperation training Where is the client site that I would be working for?
