2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Location: On-Site in Lebanon, KY
Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a manufacturing department.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Assign work, train employees, and support team development.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and defect metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Coach, counsel, and evaluate team members.
• Address employee concerns and administer corrective action when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
• Support new product trials and departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of Team Leader or comparable manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS), PDCA, and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience training and developing employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Manufacturing environment with moving equipment and moderate to high noise levels.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
