Pay & Schedule Pay: Competitive Pay – Based on Experience (Shift differentials available for evenings and midnights) Shifts: 8-Hour Shifts Available Part-Time Days (7:00am–3:00pm) Full-Time / Part-Time Evenings (3:00pm–11:00pm) Full-Time / Part-Time Midnights (11:00pm–7:30am) Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required. Availability of preferred shift(s) will be confirmed at the time of interview and may change based on staffing needs. Responsibilities Provide and oversee comprehensive nursing care for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in condition. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care. Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards. Respond effectively to emergencies. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills. Compassionate, resident-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
