Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare facility located in Oregon City, Oregon. This role involves performing routine and emergent computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures across various patient age groups. The position requires candidates to bring their licensure on the first day and may require floating between units and sister facilities.

Job Details:

• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Education Requirements: Pending licensure or certification, capable of being submitted with pending status
• Location: Oregon City, Oregon
• Years of Experience: 0
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• On-call requirement: Yes, 2-4 days per month
• Weekend shifts: Yes, Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 on days, 1:1 on nights, 1 on weekends
• Special Requirements: Must have 1 year of CT experience, specific skills include adult acute care, outpatient imaging, and familiarity with GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba equipment, as well as contrast media preparation and administration, starting peripheral IVs, and appropriate PPE protocol.
• Equipment: GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba (only needs one)
• Additional Information: Candidates may be required to float between nearby sister facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. Candidates must have a vehicle for this assignment.
• RTO (Requested Time Off): Total of 6 days or 3 consecutive days, to be requested upfront; assurance of working specific holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day).
• References: Two references covering the past 1 year (6 months for C.N.A.s) within the last 3 years necessary prior to start.
• Travel Compliance: Must adhere to RTO rules; any more than 6 days may delay offer.
• Responsibilities also include working within EPIC charting system and potentially floating within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.
