Mental Health Recovery Counselor - Full-Time, Daily Impact

The Connection

The Connection, based in Torrington, CT, is seeking a Rehabilitation Counselor to support adults with serious mental illness through active engagement and psychosocial rehabilitation. This role emphasizes person-centered pathways, empowerment, and recovery-oriented approaches in a community setting.

Candidates should have some post-secondary education, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Orientation and benefits are provided to successful hires.
