As an Automotive Service Consultant, you are the primary consultant for our guests. You aren't just writing tickets-you are managing the entire service lifecycle. Your daily focus includes:
- Own the Guest Journey: Lead the front-of-house experience from the initial greeting to the final vehicle delivery with total professionalism.
- Precision Service Writing: Manage service and repair orders with obsessive attention to detail and timely execution.
- Expert Consultation: Deliver clear, confident repair recommendations that empower customers to make the best decisions for their vehicles.
- Operational Synergy: Partner closely with our Technical Team to ensure a seamless, efficient shop workflow.
