Drive Growth.Prime Independent Living is seeking an additional Sales Director to join our growing team in Gastonia!We're looking for an experienced, high-energy, relationship-driven professional who is passionate about building meaningful connections, driving occupancy growth, and creating exceptional experiences for prospective residents and their families.As Sales & Marketing Director, you'll serve as a trusted guide throughout the decision-making journey, helping prospective residents explore their options, experience the Prime difference, and confidently choose a community they'll be proud to call home. Through relationship-building, strategic outreach, community engagement, and exceptional service, you'll play a key role in helping more seniors discover the Prime lifestyle.If you're passionate about helping people, creating meaningful connections, and achieving results through a consultative and service-focused approach, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSales & Relationship ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to prospective residents and their families throughout the sales process.Build meaningful relationships that foster trust, confidence, and connection.Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Prime's commitment to hospitality and service.Understand each prospect's unique needs and recommend solutions that align with their lifestyle goals.Guide prospects through the decision-making process from initial inquiry through move-in.Lead Management & ConversionManage inquiries, referrals, and prospect relationships through every stage of the sales journey.Proactively follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, events, appointments, and personal outreach.Maintain accurate prospect records and sales activity within the CRM system.Monitor pipeline performance and implement strategies to achieve occupancy goals.Consistently work toward individual and community sales objectives.Track and report sales performance metrics and lead conversion activity.Marketing, Outreach & Community EngagementDevelop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local influencers.Represent Prime at networking events, community functions, and outreach opportunities.Build awareness of the Prime brand within the local market.Identify opportunities to expand referral partnerships and increase lead generation.Collaborate with corporate marketing and community leadership to support local marketing initiatives.Assist with grassroots marketing efforts, community partnerships, and public relations activities.Tours, Events & Marketing SupportConduct engaging and personalized community tours that showcase the Prime lifestyle.Plan and participate in on-site and off-site events designed to attract prospective residents and families.Collaborate with community leadership on creative marketing and outreach initiatives.Assist with special events, open houses, educational programs, and sales presentations that support occupancy growth.Ensure all events and prospect interactions reflect the Prime brand experience.Brand & Resident ExperienceServe as an ambassador for the Prime brand and culture.Ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, hospitality, and service standards that define the Prime experience.Partner closely with community leadership to create a seamless transition from prospect to resident.Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for residents, families, guests, and team members.Help create a community experience that residents are excited to share with friends and family.What We're Looking ForProven success in senior living sales, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, or other relationship-based sales environments preferred.Experience with occupancy development, lead generation, networking, and community outreach.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve goals through a personalized and consultative approach.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines.Professional presentation and public speaking abilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Creative, proactive, and highly motivated approach to sales and marketing.Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and special events.Successful completion of background screening and drug testing requirements.Why Prime?At Prime Independent Living, we're creating communities where older adults can live well, live fully, and enjoy meaningful experiences every day.
