This position is designed for a full-time therapist to work Within an outpatient office setting while allowing you to provide remote care to clients across different locations. Our clinic utilizes telehealth tools to ensure comprehensive services, maintaining clients' privacy while embracing innovation in mental health care. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver tailored therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans that support their unique goals and circumstances.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and clinic policies.

  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, case managers, and medical staff to enhance the quality of care and coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.

  • Remain informed about updates in mental health regulations, community resources, and therapeutic methods to continue providing evidence-based care.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

  • Current and valid license in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • \n
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a proven ability to understand and address a variety of client needs.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and engaging them in their treatment.

  • Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various therapeutic methodologies.
  • \n
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented environments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • Background in telehealth therapy practices and familiarity with digital health tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
