Synergy Care is seeking a full-time, licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in DeQuincy/Sulphur, Louisiana. This position is based in two skilled nursing facilities and offers a competitive benefits package in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or graduating within the next 6 months)
