Interventional Radiology (IR) Registered Technologist (Rad Tech)

What You Will Do:

• Assist in a high-volume interventional radiology unit, supporting up to 65 cases daily.
• Operate Siemens imaging systems including Artis icono, Artis Q, and Artis Zee in a single-plane environment.
• Collaborate seamlessly within a tight-knit, siloed team to perform neurovascular, peripheral, and other IR procedures.
• Ensure accurate imaging, patient safety, and adherence to protocols in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, with scrub proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of vascular and neurovascular procedures.
• Certification as an ARRT Radiographer and Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (must be in hand for submission).
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, multi-team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and adaptability.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Over 3 years of specialized IR experience.
• Previous experience in large hospital settings.
• Familiarity with neurovascular and peripheral interventions.
• Additional certifications or training related to interventional protocols.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with active Kansas state licensure.
• At least 3 years of interventional radiology experience in a large, fast-paced hospital environment preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for orientation sessions conducted every Monday and Tuesday, plus bi-weekly nursing orientation.
• Ability to float to Cambridge IR as needed.
• No holiday work required; in the event a holiday falls on scheduled days, pay may be adjusted accordingly.
