Description – What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests—ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology and beyond—by following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality protocols.
• Promote a safe and orderly workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certifications throughout your tenure.
