UnifiMI Industrial is seeking a Director of Product Marketing with deep commercial expertise and a passion for driving adoption of a novel Fastening Platform portfolio. This role owns the global strategy, positioning, and commercialization of the UnifiMI Fastening Platform , a category-defining technology serving aerospace, defense, automotive, heavy equipment, energy, transportation, and infrastructure markets.

As the global owner of the UnifiMI Fastening Platform portfolio, you will bridge engineering, commercial, and customer insight to accelerate adoption, strengthen the UnifiMI brand, and capture market share across industries. This role will report into our Logan, UT office. 

What You'll Do

Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

• Lead, develop, and execute a multi-industry product marketing strategy
• Design and implement global product strategies, measuring commercial performance, customer adoption, and portfolio growth
• Lead ground-up portfolio redesign, leveraging product platforming to accelerate development and reduce cost
• Manage competing priorities across multiple product development programs while supporting strategic business objectives

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, partners, and executive stakeholders
• Coordinate with business development, sales, engineering, operations, and quality to align priorities, resources, and goals
• Provide commercial and brand teams with guidance, technical knowledge, and customer insight

Market Intelligence & Commercialization

• Conduct comprehensive global market assessments to identify growth opportunities, customer needs, and market trends
• Identify global technology and customer trends, perform competitor analysis, and articulate UnifiMI Industrial's competitive position
• Lead primary research projects to capture voice of customer (VOC)
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and commercialization strategies that strengthen the UnifiMI brand and capture market share
• Develop and pitch compelling business cases to secure partnerships and licensing

Product Development Integration

• Ensure customer insights, market requirements, and commercial objectives are integrated throughout the NPD process from concept to launch
• Own customer-centric ideation, concept testing, and feedback throughout development
• Define commercial launch propositions, including sales arguments and marketing investments

Messaging & Brand Advocacy

• Develop customer messaging and technical value propositions that clearly communicate the competitive advantages of the UnifiMI Fastening Platform
• Champion the UnifiMI Fastening Platform as a category-defining technology by translating complex engineering concepts into compelling customer value
• Share cross-industry successes and conduct ongoing market research

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of global business experience with manufacturers of engineered products, including at least 6 years in product management
• Extensive B2B experience; knowledge of aerospace, automotive, heavy engineering, or construction industries is beneficial
• Demonstrated success driving industrial product strategy, launching new products, and growing product segments
• Experience in product lifecycle management and leading cross-regional teams
• Strong planning, global project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in AI, data analytics, and MS Office applications (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• A learner's mindset — comfortable with innovation and unafraid of ambiguity

UnifiMI Industrial was founded in 2024 and has seven wholly-owned operating subsidiaries of OsteoCentric Technologies. They are focused on aerospace & defense, automotive, agriculture, construction, oil & gas, transportation and sporting goods. OsteoCentric was founded in 2015 to design, develop and innovate new advanced medical device technologies and has nine operating companies commercializing medical devices. Our two state-of-the-art global innovation headquarters are located in Austin, Texas and Logan, Utah.

Compensation and Relocation

Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates relocating to the Logan, Utah area.
