Calling all blue+ level skiers – now hiring instructors for the 2026/27 season! Job location: Hidden Valley, Pennsylvania, U.S. Shift type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Instructors deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Job Specifications Starting wage: $20.00/hr Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives. Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift type: Part‑time; full‑time instructors may not guarantee a 40‑hour week. Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons. Work with guests of all ages, focusing on children. Deliver world‑class guest service. Create a safe and fun learning environment. Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment. Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain. Strong comfort working with children aged 3 and older. Fluent verbal communication in English. Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements. Comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods. Successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards. As a non‑certified instructor, flexibility to work across departments, including lift experience, mountain activities, food and beverage support, base area operations, and retail rental operations. Additional Requirements for Hires Under Age 18 Submission of a parental consent form upon hire, along with a work permit, physician’s note, and proof of birthdate as required by state law.
