The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing 18 clients per week while providing supervision to pre‑licensed therapists. The Ideal Candidate Will Have a strong resume with at least 1‑2 years of experience working in a fee‑for‑service private practice. Maintain a weekly client billable caseload of 18 patients. Required Skills/Abilities Master’s degree with current licensure in the state of Maryland as an LCSW and be a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor. On‑site 3‑4 days per week. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice. Tasks & Responsibilities Supervision and Consultation Provide clinical oversight to pre‑licensed therapists. Client Care Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Flexible work-from-home options available.
