Banquet ManagerHermitage Country Club is seeking a professional, service-focused Banquet Manager to lead event operations and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for weddings, member events, corporate functions, golf tournaments, and private celebrations. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and experienced in banquet or restaurant leadership. Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, friendly food runner/busser needed for busy private country club. Must be able to remain calm in fast-paced environment. Duties include delivering food orders from the kitchen to members' tables rapidly and accurately, communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests, and assisting the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.
