This position is located within a Hawaiian Bros Digital Kitchen. Our Digital Kitchens contain the kitchen equipment and facilities needed for the preparation of meals but have no dining area for walk-in customers. Some customer facing roles listed below may not apply at this location. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
- Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
- Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.
- Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
- Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Grill Cook – responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
