Quality Control InspectorWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to test and inspect materials, parts, and products at various stages of production. This role is ideal for a dedicated quality professional with a strong background in pharmaceutical or medical device regulations, meticulous documentation habits, and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standardsInitiate nonconformance reports (NCR) for any non-conforming materials identified during operationsReview, complete, and release manufacturing job order documents using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Approve or reject raw materials based on established quality standards and communicate findings to all required partiesSupport cross-functional investigations into non-conformance findings and provide recommendations for process improvementsPerform critical pre- and post-inspection steps for products undergoing the gamma irradiation processCompile quality metrics data and regularly submit structured reports to the QC Supervisor or LeadMaintain a safe, orderly workspace and wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) including scrubs, coveralls, masks, and eyewear in an ISO cleanroom environmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality control inspectionsAt least 1 year of experience handling technical documentation and corrective actions in a pharmaceutical or medical device settingWorking knowledge of global regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Parts 210, 211, or 820Proven ability to execute strict GMP operations by following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Hands-on experience using precision measuring devices such as calipers, rulers, tape measures, and pin gaugesSolid basic mathematics, computer proficiency, and preferred working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SyteLine)Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across internal departments and external vendors
