Business Solution Architect/ Sr. Business System Analyst

Business Solution Architect/ Sr. Business System Analyst Must Have's:

• Strong retirement/pension domain knowledge
• Experience of working as Business System Analyst
• Knowledge of End-to-End processing of retirement business processes
• Experience of working in Solution Design
• Strong communication skills

Job Description: Candidate must have good experience and knowledge on Retirement/Pension domain. Should know End to End processing/implementation of retirement business processes. Candidate needs to have good experience in Solution Design. Candidate must have experience of creating Architecture flows and conceptual flows. Should have good knowledge and experience of creating Integration Architecture documents. Candidate must have good experience on how to collaborate with different teams and gather information to come up with an effective solution design. Candidate needs to have experience of creating Data Models, Entity models etc. Candidate should be able to create the Scope/Solution Design documents, Screen design documents. Candidate will have to finalize the contents for various member/participant correspondences like emails, inbound/outbound documents, Tableau reports and work on getting the Legal and compliance approval. Candidate should be familiar with legacy modernization architecture/integration approach, and also needs to be familiar with Postgres database (SQL queries). Candidate must have good communication skills and needs to be adept in communicating the solution design to different stakeholders like Product Owner, Developers, data migration SMEs etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr TechDigital Group
