Hiring: Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Location: Fairfield, Ohio 45014

Pay Rate: $50 - 57.35/hour on W2 without Benefits

Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2nd shift)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possibilities on extension

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations, investigate quality issues, drive corrective actions, and improve product quality and production performance.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Manufacturing Quality and Production Support
PFMEA, Process Control Plans, and Quality Audits
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Defect Reduction, Scrap and Rework Prevention

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing, quality, industrial engineering, or production support experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience working with production teams.
Must be available to work the 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift in Fairfield, OH.
