ChenMed seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) I, CareLine, to deliver diagnostic patient care primarily through virtual telehealth by video or phone, serving internal patients as after-hours and weekend responsive care. The role supports after-hours and weekend clinical calls with disposition authority. You will assess, diagnose, treat and document health status, collaborate with PCPs, and participate in quality improvement, telemedicine policy, and patient advocacy; full-time and part-time #J-18808-Ljbffr ChenMed
