The current maximum for the UMSR role is $27.49, with an opportunity to earn additional income through our goal‑based incentive program. A Day in the Life of a Universal MSR With a primary focus on frontline operations, the Universal MSR serves as the friendly first point of contact and a trusted liaison between members and the credit union. In this role, you deliver exceptional service with every interaction while assisting members with a wide range of financial needs, including processing routine transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, handling service requests, and supporting daily lending activities. You take the time to understand each member's goals, educating and empowering them to make informed financial decisions through personalized solutions that strengthen their financial wellbeing. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required. The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, with 8‑hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, and rotating Saturday shifts, approximately once per month, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
