Responsibilities Provide technical support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Document solutions, processes, and known issues for efficient troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineers or external entities for advanced issue resolution. Participate in after-hours or on-call support as required. What you’ll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles. Familiarity with enterprise-level troubleshooting tools and technologies. Problem‑solving mindset with great attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret and SCI eligible. Location: Onsite. Required: US Citizenship. Required: DoD 8140 IAT II compliant.
