Electro-Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you will assemble electronic and mechanical components, perform quality checks, and support manufacturing operations while working with advanced tools, test equipment, and detailed assembly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical products and subassemblies from drawings and work instructions

• Use hand tools, electronic tools, and test equipment to complete assemblies

• Perform detailed assembly work, including microscope work when required

• Inspect products and maintain high quality standards

• Document production activities and non-conformances

• Support inventory, cycle counting, and material handling tasks

• Follow safety, 5S, lean manufacturing, and cleanroom procedures

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience with electro-mechanical, electrical, or mechanical assembly

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

• Comfortable using hand tools and electronic assembly equipment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Cleanroom experience is a plus

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
