Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Montgomery.

This is a full-time outpatient PMHNP opportunity offering a MondayFriday schedule, collaborative physician support, strong administrative infrastructure, and excellent work-life balance within a clinician-led psychiatric practice.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of PMHNP experience practicing in Alabama and an active DEA license at the time of hire.

PMHNP Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient psychiatry position

• Light call rotation approximately one weekend per month

PMHNP Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
• Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient mental health treatment
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in shared weekend call rotation
