Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support for residents' daily needs.
- Monitor and assess patients' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Compliance / Notes
- Compliance with all background check and drug screening regulations is required.
- Adherence to dress code and scrubs requirements as per facility standards is expected.
