Shift Lead

We are looking for dependable and motivated Shift Leaders who can help lead daily operations and support team execution in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising shifts, maintaining operational standards, supporting team members, and helping ensure excellent customer service during daily operations.

Responsibilities include leading shifts and supporting daily store execution, supervising and coaching team members during shifts, maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards, assisting with customer issue resolution, helping manage labor and shift efficiency, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting training and development of team members, and communicating effectively with store leadership.

Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to stay organized under pressure, reliable attendance and accountability, the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends are required.
