What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React to enhance user experience.
- Implement machine learning algorithms to optimize insurance processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to design scalable software solutions that meet industry needs.
- Analyze and improve system performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python and React, with a strong understanding of web technologies.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and a passion for applying AI in practical scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits
