Job Description Currently seeking full and part-time MN licensed Registered Nurse. Conduct daily rounds, provide clinical supervision for nursing assistants, administer and document resident's care and treatments appropriately. $2,000 hiring bonus for new hires! Qualifications Compliance with all requirements set forth company policy, state/federal regulations and within the company’s compliance program. The ability to comprehend and follow directions as appropriate given by the company, supervisory personnel and in compliance with physicians orders. Acts as an advocate for the patient. Maintain appropriate documentation of services provided in order to meet regulatory requirements, company policy and to ensure reimbursement for services provided. Currently licensed in Minnesota as a RN and in good standing Able to anticipate needs of day and prioritizes needs. Possess good observation skills. Able to be self-directed, yet works well as a team. Possess a positive and caring attitude toward residents, co-workers and visitors.
