Emergency Veterinarian (Day or Overnight) – Prosper, TX Privately Owned ER & Specialty Hospital Revive Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital is actively seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Emergency Veterinarians for day, swing, and overnight shifts in Prosper, Texas . ReviveVet is a state-of-the-art, privately owned 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital , led by award-winning veterinarians and specialists. About Prosper, Texas Prosper is one of the fastest-growing communities in North Texas, located in the Prosper/Frisco corridor with a population of approximately 42,600 (January 2024) . The area offers a high quality of life with quick access to major attractions, including the PGA of America Headquarters and the upcoming Universal Studios theme park in Frisco , both minutes from the hospital. Position Overview The Emergency Veterinarian will provide immediate, comprehensive care for a wide range of emergency and critical cases. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy high-acuity medicine, collaboration with specialists, and a supportive ER culture . Key Responsibilities Manage emergency and critical care cases including trauma and acute illness Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning Carry out emergency procedures (CPR, airway management, stabilization, wound care) Administer medications and advanced supportive care Collaborate with specialists and ER team members Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients Maintain accurate medical records Work efficiently in a fast-paced ER environment Abdominal and cardiac ultrasound experience is a plus ER surgery experience preferred Qualifications DVM or VMD degree Rotating internship or equivalent ER experience preferred Strong emergency and critical care clinical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to perform under pressure Commitment to high-quality patient care and client service Our Facility (Fully Operational) High-speed CT scanner with cardiac capabilities (full-body scan ER endoscopy and fluoroscopy systems Separate abdominal and cardiac ultrasound units Fluoroscopy-guided minimally invasive surgery suite Orthopedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery suites Advanced surgical equipment (ForceTriad, vessel sealing systems) Integrated ICU and anesthesia monitoring Separate cat and dog ICUs Oxygen cages and ventilator-integrated anesthesia units Dedicated GI and respiratory isolation wards Fully integrated cloud-based medical software Why Join ReviveVet?
