Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first eCommerce performance marketing agency that partners with ambitious brands across Ireland, the UK, the US, and internationally. They specialise in scaling direct-to-consumer and online brands profitably through a multi-channel performance approach — combining paid social, paid search, email & SMS marketing, funnel optimisation and creative strategy.

They work with a diverse portfolio of clients spending from mid-level to high monthly ad budgets, using data-driven insights and best-in-class advertising strategies to drive revenue, not vanity metrics. Their team is made up of experienced performance marketers with backgrounds at global platforms, and they focus relentlessly on conversions, profitability and long-term growth.

With an established Creative function now forming a core pillar of how they deliver performance, they are expanding the team — and looking for a talented Creative Designer to help scale their creative output across their growing roster of eCommerce brands.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join them as the second creative hire — a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening their Creative Department. You'll collaborate with the Creative Lead, strategists, and account teams to deliver high-performing, conversion-focused visual content across paid social, email, and other digital channels. This role offers significant ownership, creative influence, and a chance to help shape the future of how creative drives performance across the business.

What You'll Do:

Design Performance-Driven Creative

• Produce engaging graphics, ad creatives, and digital content optimised for conversion and performance across paid media channels, including social and email.
• Create assets that are not only visually strong but also commercially effective.

Collaborate to Bring Strategy to Life

• Work closely with the Creative Lead, strategists, and account managers to translate performance goals into compelling creative executions.

Strengthen Client Brands

• Follow each client's brand identity guidelines with precision, respecting CI, tone and commercial objectives.
• Contribute thoughtful creative enhancements within established brand frameworks rather than reinventing them.

Optimise Based on Feedback

• Implement creative iterations based on insights provided by strategists and performance teams (you won't be expected to analyse metrics like CTR/ROAS yourself, but must be responsive to data-led direction).

Support Creative Scale

• Maintain strong organisational discipline within existing file and project workflows so your work integrates seamlessly with the wider team.

Bring Fresh Ideas

• Stay across design trends, formats and platform updates; suggest new creative angles and formats that help clients stand out and perform better.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in graphic or digital design — ideally within eCommerce, marketing, or agency environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating technical excellence and the ability to execute a brand's creative consistently and effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and the role creative plays in driving results.
• High technical skill and adaptability to different brand requirements and market trends.
• AI tool knowledge — basic familiarity with current AI design programs and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Bonus: experience in print, photography or videography.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with strategy and account teams.
• Objective, detail-oriented and able to follow brand CI rules while still contributing creative value.
• A proactive team player who enjoys contributing to a growing department.
