Job Overview
We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Social Work students seeking supervision to join our team.
As an advocate, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their capacities and coping mechanisms, improving their daily lives and experiences. Within specified standards and timescales, you will provide valuable support and guidance, fostering positive change and contributing to the well-being of our community.
If you are a compassionate professional with expertise in social work, we invite you to apply for the position of Social Worker and become part of our team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. Qualified individuals will receive supervision from Maryland Board Approved clinical social workers as part of fringe package. Ocean Front strives to grow and develop licensed graduates into independent practicing clinicians.
Social Worker responsibilities include:
Planning, coordinating, and implementing behavior intervention plans to help clients, their families, and care team thrive in their environment
Interviewing clients and clients' stakeholders and assessing their current condition, needs, strengths and weaknesses
Providing services that address the various needs of the clients and families through setting tailored measurable goals
Working with children and adults with disabilities in the home, residential, and community settings.
