SERVICE PORTER

POSITION SUMMARY:

HGreg is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented, and outgoing service lot attendant. Our service lot attendants play a role in ensuring truly exceptional service by quality checking the vehicle appearance prior to delivering the vehicle to the customer. This position allows for growth opportunities as a service technician or other areas of the dealership as it will provide insight into the moving parts of the service department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Inspect vehicles for any prior damage and document accordingly
• Park vehicles or pull up vehicles from wash
• Assist in washing cars when necessary
• Clean shop, service lobby, and service drive
• Make key tags
• Stock service area as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION

Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S., have a valid California driver license.

• Standing/Walking for extended periods of time
• Working in various weather conditions
• Clean driving records

SCHEDULE:

• 8-hour shift
• Weekend availability
