Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | PRN | Springboro, OH
Continuum Midwest is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position at Hillspring of Springboro, a skilled nursing facility in Springboro, OH.
Join our experienced rehabilitation team providing high‑quality physical therapy services to residents in a collaborative skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
- Document patient progress.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
- Follow physician orders and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
- New graduate Physical Therapist Assistant’s (PTA) encouraged to apply.
