Warehouse Supervisor Bilingual

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 / hour

Schedule: Day Shift (Must be available to work at least one weekend day)

The Role

We are seeking high-caliber Warehouse Supervisors to lead floor operations. Spending 90% of your time active on the warehouse floor, you will directly manage a crew of 35 to 50 employees, driving fast-paced unloading, scanning, palletizing, and staging operations while maintaining strict quality and accuracy standards.

What You Will Do

• Supervise, direct, and motivate a team of 35 to 50 warehouse personnel on the active floor.
  
• Oversee the unloading, store-level palletizing, and staging of freight while maintaining fast trailer processing speeds.
  
• Ensure accurate scanning to eliminate mis-sorts, wrong placements, and shipping errors.
  
• Maintain accurate operational records, tracking unload times and production metrics daily.
  
• Direct end-of-day staging and loading activities to ensure all freight is accounted for and secured properly.
  
• Maintain clear communication with team leadership and report progress directly to the Assistant Terminal Manager.

What You Will Bring

• Fluent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish required).
  
• Strong mental resilience, command presence, and proven capability leading large teams (35+ people) in high-volume environments.
  
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse distribution, freight handling, or logistics.
  
• A background in security, loss prevention, or access control is a strong plus.
