This role is ideal for a motivated Journeyman Plumber looking to transition from foreman-level responsibilities into a future superintendent role.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Plumbing Lead, you'll help drive project success while developing the leadership skills needed to advance your career.

• Support field operations across multiple commercial plumbing projects
• Assist with labor planning, manpower coordination, and scheduling
• Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and installation requirements
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality standards
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable plumbing codes and company standards
• Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, project managers, and field crews
• Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of plumbing professionals
• Identify and proactively resolve jobsite challenges to keep projects on track

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• 1-2 years of leadership experience as a Foreman, Lead Plumber, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Domestic water systems
  • Sanitary sewer systems
  • Storm drainage systems
  • Fuel gas systems
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and submittals
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug screening following a conditional offer of employment.
