Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate – Up to $25/hour (DOE) Tempe, AZ | Full-Time | Weekly Pay Talent Corps is hiring for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tempe, AZ . We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want opportunities to grow. What You’ll Do Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Pick, pack, and accurately label orders Kit electrical components for shipment to job sites Organize and maintain inventory for efficiency and accuracy Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company standards What We’re Looking For Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Basic math skills (counting, measuring, inventory tracking) Experience with kitting or electrical materials Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout your shift Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Work With Talent Corps?
