Your Impact as Restaurant General Manager
As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind restaurant success by leading your team, elevating the guest experience, and delivering strong operational results.
You will:
- Drive restaurant performance through sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Build a positive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued, motivated, and recognized.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to create a strong and engaged team.
- Manage guest feedback with professionalism and resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
- Create schedules and manage staffing to support business demands while maintaining labor goals.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by upholding all operational and safety standards.
- Champion Burger King brand standards and execute key initiatives that drive results.
What You Bring to the Team
We're looking for leaders who inspire others and know how to drive results.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant management experience
- Experience managing restaurant financials and P&L performance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Current ServSafe Food Safety certification
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
