Join us and help improve lives with better indoor air quality.****Job Title:** Brand & Growth Marketing Intern**Location:** Hartford, WI**Department:** Brand Marketing**Position Type:** Internship ## **Position Summary**## The Brand & Growth Marketing Intern will support a variety of marketing initiatives across the organization, gaining hands-on experience in brand building, end-user engagement, digital marketing, content development, communications, e-commerce, and analytics. This role is designed for a curious, collaborative, and adaptable individual who enjoys learning new skills and contributing to projects across multiple marketing disciplines. The intern will work closely with members of the marketing team and cross-functional partners to support business priorities, enhance customer experiences, and help drive brand awareness and growth. ## **Key Responsibilities**· Support marketing initiatives across brand marketing, retail growth marketing, digital, communications, events, and e-commerce.· Assist with content creation for presentations, campaigns, social media, email marketing, and end-user-facing materials.· Conduct market, customer, and competitive research.· Help collect, organize, and analyze marketing performance data and prepare summaries.· Assist with planning and execution of events, product launches, and end-user engagement activities.· Coordinate project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.· Support development of marketing assets, tools, and resources.· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.· Learn and utilize marketing tools, systems, and processes.· Complete special projects and assignments as needed.· Audit, organize, and enhance metadata within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure assets are accurately tagged, categorized, and easily searchable by internal and external users.## **Qualifications**· Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Strong organizational and time management skills.· Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.## **Preferred Qualifications**· Previous internship, project, leadership, volunteer, or work experience.· Familiarity with social media, content creation, or digital marketing concepts.· Interest in brand strategy, customer experience, and business growth.## **What the Intern Will Gain**· Exposure to multiple areas of a corporate marketing organization.· Hands-on experience supporting real-world marketing initiatives.· Opportunities to work with experienced marketing professionals.· Development of project management, communication, analytics, and collaboration skills.· Insight into how marketing disciplines work together to drive growth.## **Schedule and Duration**This internship is expected to run from June 1, 2027 through August 21, 2027.
