Im looking for a nanny to help watch the kids so my wife can study for school.

My wife will be present at all times to help as needed but I think she needs some help to lighten the load with our daughter.

I work nights at the hospital so I struggle to be awake in the afternoons so Ill typically be sleeping all day.
