We're looking for a Sales Support Assistant a proactive, organized professional ready to take on a blend of administrative support and customer account management. Key Responsibilities Samples & Inventory Manage sample shipments and product bins Maintain internal AD lists and catalogs Customer Coordination Liaise with overseas teams to update forecasts and specs Provide weekly recaps and review documentation for accuracy Meetings & Showroom Prep Schedule showroom visits Prepare presentations and coordinate meeting logistics Track photography flow, markdowns, RTVs, and product conversions Skills & Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong command of retail math Experience with Navision is a plus Confident communicator and presenter 13 years in jewelry, luxury goods, or retail preferred Skilled multitasker in fast-paced environments Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 13 years relevant industry or support experience Job Type Full-time Salary $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location In person/Hybrid
