About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a hospital setting License: Required Certifications: BLS, BSN Must-Have: Robotics experience General Ortho and Ortho Joint Neuro Vascular Ophthalmology ENT Description: Operating Room Registered Nurse needed for a mids shift position. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts from 10:00 to 22:30. The role includes responsibilities for up to 2-4 on-call shifts and 1 weekend every four weeks. Candidates must hold a BSN degree. First-time travelers are not accepted for this position. Floating to other departments is required. Weekend work is expected as needed. On-call requirements are two weekend shifts and two call shifts every four weeks. The documentation system utilized is Epic. Candidates must have prior robotics experience. The role will involve various general ortho and ortho joint procedures. Experience with neuro, vascular, and ophthalmology procedures is essential. Time off may be pre-approved at the discretion of the manager. Candidates should be open to floating within the facility based on patient census. Robotics experience is a hard requirement for this position. BLS certification is necessary.
