Many of our employees find a career here and many of our management team were internally promoted, so its clear we take care of our own.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issuesOperates cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunitiesVerifies the accuracy of guests’ ordersPrepares and packages food and drink productsCleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensilsCleans dining room, restrooms and exterior groundsMaintains health and safety standards in work areasUnloads and stocks inventory items as neededPerforms duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, food prep, fryers etc.)Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsFollows BOSS uniform and grooming standards and policiesWorks to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurantLearns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goalsResponds to guests’ needs in a professional and polite mannerCommunicates in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managersMinimum Qualifications:Must be at least sixteen (16) years of ageAble to lift/move up to 50 poundsNo visible tattoos on the head, neck or face above the uniformMay perform essential functions and duties, as listed in the restaurant Team Member job descriptionKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker CharacteristicsGood oral communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional personal appearanceAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formAbility to use a computer and calculatorWilling to accomplish all restaurant tasksComfortable working in a fast paced environmentAbility to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environmentAbility to resolve guest issues with tactAbility to work flexible hours.
