We work in an AI-forward development environment, leveraging tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding) to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code quality.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Stewardship: Design systems using S.O.L.I.D. principles to ensure our architecture is extensible and maintainable for long-term in-house ownership.AI-Augmented Development: Essential Requirement. You must be an expert in utilizing AI-assisted development tools (Copilots, LLMs, automated refactoring) to transform how the team builds, tests, and deploys. You will lead the team in integrating AI into the daily workflow to maximize efficiency and code quality.SDLC Transformation: Audit and overhaul our development processes. You define "Quality"—from automated testing to rigorous code review standards.Leadership & Discipline: Act as the technical anchor for the team.
